Wilbur Browning Gray III

LITTLETON — Mr. Wilbur Browning Gray III, 61, died Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009, at his home in Littleton.

He was a Richmond, Va., native, born the son of the late Wilbur Browning Gray Jr. and Virginia Alston Gray Herrin. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Gray Killeen.

Mr. Gray was a graduate of Littleton High School and attended East Carolina University.

He is survived by a daughter, Jessica Zills of Jerusalem; one sister, Cornelia Gray Lawhon of Jacksonville, Fla.; one granddaughter, Yaheli; and 11 nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., today, Oct. 27, at Blaylock Funeral Home in Littleton, with Bishop Franklin Jones officiating. Burial will follow in the Browne Family Cemetery.
